Este documento pretende apresentar, de uma forma simplificada, informação sobre a COVID-19, bem como as medidas a implementar por diferentes atores da comunidade educativa. O objetivo é servir como referencial de atuação para a prevenção e controlo da transmissão de SARS-CoV-2 no que respeita à gestão de casos, contactos e surtos de COVID-19 em contexto escolar.

As medidas apresentadas têm como base os princípios de evidência e conhecimento científico, bem como a evolução da situação epidemiológica, não dispensando, contudo, a consulta e cumprimento da legislação em vigor ou outras orientações específicas para os estabelecimentos de educação ou ensino.
